About Me

Hi, I’m Megan! I am a Registered Psychologist. My philosophy towards therapy can be summed up by the words "more ease". Life is hard enough already and I am committed to working with my clients to see how we can introduce more ease, contentment and meaning into their lives.

I became a therapist as I believe strongly that life can get better.  When I was growing up my family struggled with poverty. From these experiences I learned firsthand that having support can make a massive difference in someone’s life. I have had many people who walked alongside me during difficult times, and I want to be there to provide my knowledge and support for others.

As a therapist, it is my privilege to work with others as they figure out what possibilities’ life holds for them. Together we can create a safe space for personal exploration, learning new skills or dealing with difficult situations.
